Anointed Earth Relief Balm is an herb-infused massage balm created for those moments when the body is asking for a little extra attention. Arnica, stinging nettle, and gotu kola are slowly infused into a nourishing blend of sweet almond, grapeseed, babassu, and toasted sesame oils, capturing the plants within a rich, concentrated botanical base.

A tiny but potent addition of cayenne CO₂ gives Anointed Earth its characteristic warming quality, making it especially suited to intentional massage of tired, overworked areas. Beeswax gives the balm a protective, slow-melting texture that allows for concentrated application and extended massage without feeling like a traditional lotion.

The herbal infusion is complemented by frankincense, pine, sage, hyssop, lavender, myrrh, and black spruce or fir—an aromatic blend with deep resinous, herbal and forest notes. The result is a balm that feels ancient, grounding and distinctly Appalachian: part botanical body care, part ritual.

    Deeply earthy and resinous with frankincense and myrrh at its foundation, lifted by fresh pine, spruce, aromatic herbs, and soft lavender. Toasted sesame and the concentrated herbal infusion lend a naturally warm, grounded character underneath.

    This is not a sweet or traditionally perfumed balm—it smells intentionally botanical, earthy and close to the plants from which it was made.

    For external use only. Avoid the face, eyes, broken or irritated skin, and other sensitive areas. Wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid touching the eyes. Because the formula contains concentrated cayenne extract, discontinue use if excessive irritation occurs.

A Note on Formulation

Anointed Earth begins with a concentrated 1:3 herbal infusion of arnica, stinging nettle, and gotu kola in four carefully selected botanical oils. Rather than simply adding herbal extracts to a finished balm, the herbs themselves are infused into the oil base, allowing the character of the plants to become an integral part of the formula.

A minute amount of cayenne CO₂ provides gentle warmth, while beeswax creates a concentrated, slow-melting balm designed to stay where it is applied and provide enough glide for intentional massage.
